Insurance
I am a network provider for some insurance companies, including Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna and various EAP plans. My fees are covered, at least in part, by out-of-network benefits on most insurance plans. Clients are responsible for any portion of my fee not covered by their insurance benefits.
